The Factory Business Center is located in Braga, Portugal. It was a project by Simpli Design more exactly the work of designer Jeremy Hugh Aston and architect João Carlos Ferreira. They also got some help from Braga Construction Equipment, Inc and from Iduna, S.A. for the office furniture.
The Factory Business Center is an office or a business center that sits on 700 square meters of land. Its construction was completed in 2010. It features a bright “pop-art” interior décor. The business center is basically a big industrial pavilion consisting in several office spaces that can be rented. The center faces the national road N101 and it’s situated away from the traffic rush from the city.
The team working at this project managed to create an attractive and stimulating environment that combines functionality with comfort the beauty of modern technology. The working area has been divided into three levels. The first floor is bright and filled with natural light and it’s used as an open office space. The ground floor features several cubicles placed around a circuit of corridors. The basement level is a common space that includes the kitchen, a common room and a small library for research and relaxation. It’s a youthful place with a dynamic interior design that combines the comfort with innovation and design.{found on archdaily}
