It’s a little unusual to see an apartment that has a patio. It’s like seeing a house without a yard. What’s also unusual and interesting about this place is that it’s so little. The apartment measures only 31 square meters. It has an open floor plan and a very inviting interior.
The kitchen, dining area and living room share the same open space. The sofa is placed next to a large window and a door that leads directly outside. From there, you reach a sunny patio.
On the patio there’s plenty of space for an outdoor dining area. The wood flooring and the little fence that separates the patio from the surroundings give it a rustic look. You can actually step outside so it’s not just a balcony on the ground floor.
As for the interior, although the space is small, the overall décor is bright and welcoming. The furniture was cleverly designed to fit the space and smart storage solutions were found for a lot of things. For example, the microwave oven sits on top of the refrigerator and there’s a corner storage unit near the entrance.
The kitchen is mostly white with wood accents. The counter top matches the floor and the appliances match the crisp white walls. There’s plenty of space to store all the utensils and other items in those cabinets.
The bedroom is not a separate room but part of the open floor plan we described earlier. A partial wall sits in between the sleeping area and the living area. The TV was mounted on this wall.
This area doesn’t include a lot of furniture. There’s the bed, a shelf on which the TV is placed, a wall-mounted lamp and what seems to be a nightstand. The window makes the whole space bright and airy.
Behind that white door you can find the bathroom. It’s nicely placed close to the entrance and easily accessible from all the other spaces.
The bathroom is, of course, small. But just like in the case of all the other spaces, it also looks bright and open thanks to the color palette and simplicity of the décor. That beautiful mirror frame adds elegance to the space.
The apartment gradually unfolds before your eyes as you enter. First you see the little dining area, the living space and then the bedroom and kitchen to the left. But the most beautiful thing is that the patio reveals lovely views and opens up the entire space.{found on site}.
