2. The Series 7 stool by Arne Jacobsen.
This stool was designed by Arne Jacobsen back in 1955. It’s made of steel and laminated wood and it’s part of a range of multipurpose chairs. It has a sleek look with a shell made of 9 layers of veneer and 2 layers of cotton textile. It sits on a thin mirrored chrome steel base and it’s available in several models, as a stackable side chair, pedestal chair, office chair, bar stool or counter stool and as a children’s chair. The dimensions vary according to the model.
3. The Cala stool.
Cala is a vintage piece of furniture with an industrial touch. It’s an iron bar stool available with several different finishes. The seat spins to either raise or lower the height.The stool has a four-leg base that, despite its slender look, it’s very sturdy. It also has protective rubber foot pads. The overall dimensions of the stool are 16.5″ square with an adjustable height from 23 to 31’’. The seat measures 16’’ in diameter and is 1’’ thick.Available for 139 euros.
4. The Dalfred bar stool by Sarah Fager.
This is a stool designed by Sarah Fager and it features a simple, modern and beautiful look. It’s suitable for bar heights between 35 3/8 and 43 ¼’’. It has a frame made of solid birch covered in acrylic paint and steel foot rest and mounting plate with pigmented epoxy or polyester powder coating. It features an adjustable seat and a footrest for increased comfort.
5. The Rig bar stool.
This stool is a handcrafted piece and it’s made of mango wood and iron. Its overall dimensions are 18.75″dia.x24″H–28″H. The wood has a warm brown stain and it’s covered with natural wax over water-based clear protective lacquer. The iron footrest features a glossy red powder-coat finish which gives the stool an industrial appeal.
6. The Industrial stool.
As its name well suggests, our last pick is a stool with a strong industrial appeal. It’s made from a combination of raw steel and solid wood and it’s a very simple and versatile piece of furniture. It has a swivel seat with an adjustable height that allows it to be used wither as a bar stool or counter stool. It has an acacia finish and it measures 16″diam. x 27″–32″h.Available for 167 euros.
