The chest only has one of the three required axes of rotation so you wont be able to scramble the pieces neither to solve the puzzle.
Nevertheless, it’s going to be challenging to have such a piece in your home. First, the drawers are well hidden and hard to spot so the first step would be to detect them. Then you’ll have to solve another puzzle, as they all have locks hidden in different locations. It’s both fun and challenging, as long as you’re not in a hurry.

As for the materials, it was made using plywood, wood glue and magnets. The piece consists of three boxes, each containing a single drawer. Additional cubes are available in 2×2, 4×4, 5×5 etc in case you need more or less drawers. This means you can customize your own chest of drawers.
