It may be only 30′ long and 8.5′ wide but this farmhouse on wheels definitely doesn’t lack the charm or the functionality to be a fully-fledged and lovely home. It was built on a triple axel Iron Eagle trailer by studio Handcrafted Movement and it has it all: a charming exterior and an interior packed with everything one needs to comfortably call this their home, whether temporarily or permanently.
This luxury tiny house is built on a 30′ x 8.5′ Iron Eagle trailerThe interior harmoniously blends together a diversity of geometric elements
When looking at it from the outside, this farmhouse gives off a very welcoming vibe. It has board and batten siding in a lovely shade of greyish blue, lots of windows and large glass doors framed by a simple wooden awning. The metal roof is slightly angled and a small wooden deck is the finishing touch that truly makes the house inviting.
The kitchen features an octagon-shaped window above the farmhouse sink
The interior is surprisingly spacious and open for that of a tiny house on wheels. In fact, there’s even enough room on the main floor for a bedroom separated from the rest of the space by a beautiful sliding door. There’s also plenty of space in the loft above the bathroom for a cozy bedroom with a king-sized mattress which makes it possible for the initial main floor bedroom to be potentially used as an office space instead.
The slanted ceiling is decorated with angled beams which draw the eye upThe main floor has a separate room which can serve a variety of different purposes
This luxury tiny house also has a cozy open-space living area with a built-in entertainment center and space for a wall-mounted TV. It can be furnished with a loveseat, a small sofa or a comfy armchair and it seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining nook. A cool feature here is a small octagon-shaped window which partially cuts through the white subway tile backsplash.
This small room has a large double window that lets in plenty of natural sunlight
The rest of the floor plan is occupied by the bathroom and the loft area above it. The ladder which gives access up here can cleverly double as a shelving unit thanks to its design. The bathroom itself is very cleverly designed, featuring a separate door to hide the toilet and shower so the vanity and storage closet can be used at any time.
There’s just enough space inside for a queen-sized bed and the store is aboveThe bathroom is structured into two sections divided by an interior doorThe ladder which leads up to the loft can also be used as a shelving unitIn case a loft bedroom is preferred this room can be turned into a home office
