When you truly know your passions, creating a dream home can be easier than you could ever imagine. With a little faith in yourself and a bit of work, your deepest wish will eventually become true! If you don’t believe us, ask Marco and Ilse, the proud owners of this marvelous loft. If you want to know their secret, well, it’s pretty easy: thinking outside the box.

Marco managed to completely demolish and redesign the interior of this loft, and the result is amazing! He and his wife combined tree different styles.Gothicaccessories add an elegance touch and reduce the masculine feeling given by industrial elements. Spanish flavors are also included in the ”recipe”. Let’s have a closer look!

A steel stairway will guide your steps trough the entry of this beautiful tree level loft.The first level includes a kitchen and a living area. Pecota Design was among the main furniture suppliers. You will find a custom build library in the living room. The table (Vertebrae Table) chairs (Titus Chairs) and shelves (Titus Shelves) in the kitchen area are also produced by Pecota Design.

The second floor comes with more surprises. The gorgeous and vivid living room is one of our favorite places of this loft. This place is a piece of heaven for book and art lovers. It’s a good place to have a coffee and enjoy your favorite book, don’t you think? We love the Afghan silk rug combined with the dark floor and the colorful floor pillows.

The second floor also has a master bedroom, a master bathroom and a walk-in closet. Oh, I almost forgot, you’ll be at least surprised to discover an old Cessna aircraft wing hanging from the ceiling! I told you this loft is full of surprises!

A steel spiral staircase will lead us to the 3rd floor where we can find the rest of the library together with other decorative items. The5 meter-long steel black squid bannister was entirely designed by Marco and we must admit, he did a pretty good job.

The costume sewing chamber was another surprise for us. The unexpected combination of colors and the writing on the walls makes you think you just entered another world.
