What’s easy to notice about most modern houses and apartments is that they have a more versatile and more flexible living space. That’s great because you get to use the space more efficiently and to take advantage of it better. A very nice example of a versatile interior design would be this loft. Located on Pear Street in London, this is a luxury loft with a very chic and stylish interior. As you can see, the rooms are large and spacious and the interior décor is very modern and tasteful.
The loft features a versatile living space and it covers three floors. There are south-facing terraces on each level and the atmosphere throughout is distinguished and charming in a unique way. It’s easy to notice all the high-quality finishes throughout and the overall tasteful décor. .
What’s also interesting is that this place was designed in 1997. The interior design is a combination of minimalism and elegance. The décor is very chic but, at the same time, it’s simplistic and this makes it stand out
The windows are large throughout the loft and floor-to-ceiling glass walls separate the terrace from the interior spaces. This allows natural light to flood the interior and definitely ads charm to the décor. The terraces are accessible from all floors and this increases the loft’s flexibility. On the ground floor there’s a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a media/cinema room with a kitchen area and a sunken patio with Jacuzzi.
The first floor contains a reception room, a dining area, a kitchen and a space that leads to the roof terrace. The top floor contains a guest bedroom with a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom as well as a master suite with dressing room and with direct access to its own roof terrace that features beautiful views.{images fromKMK Architects}.
