Simple Lined Linen Curtain.

Before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s start with the basics of DIYing curtains. This tutorial is an excellent place to start, and the end result is a beautifully simple linen curtain. Ombre Ruffle Curtain.

Really, they had me at “ombre.” And, fine, “ruffle,” too. Although this was created as a shower curtain, I think it would be fabulous as a regular window curtain, especially in a girl’s bedroom or cheery laundry room. A very easy DIY with a huge impact.{found on itstaylormade}.

Grosgrain Ribbon Curtain.

The possibilities of this sweet-and-chic little number are endless. What a quick and easy way to spruce up fairly blah stock curtains! Painted Chevron Curtain.

It doesn’t get much easier than painting something to give it a fresh, new look. Taping out the chevron pattern is obviously the most time-consuming part. Stenciled Drop Cloth Curtain.

These drapes are a fabulously stylish way to upcycle drop cloths! Stenciling on the bottom portion gives the drape pattern and a very slight ombre look. These are lovely, and I love how thick and durable they are – great for filtering light when the curtains are drawn.
