When you have a tiny apartment like this one, it’s important to use all the space that you have as best as you can. There shouldn’t be any wasted space and you should use every aspect of the layout and design in your favor. It’s exactly what the owner of this apartment did. As you can see, this place is tiny. The apartment measures only 40 square meters and it’s not exactly the place where you can afford to be casual about the interior décor. Here you have to make sure that every little detail is well chosen.
In this case, we can see that there’s not even a cm that’s not useful. This apartment is really a one-person home. But, even though it’s tiny, it has everything one needs in order to feel comfortable. Let’s take a look at it one room at a time. We’re going to start with the living room since it’s the most spacious anyway. The living room was decorated beautifully. It has white walls that allow it to seem larger and it includes and it includes the sitting area as well as a work station.
The two are visually separated by the area rug. You can see that the pattern found on the rug is also used on the throw pillow. The work station is very small and very simple. This way it doesn’t stand out much and the focus falls on the sitting area.
The kitchen is almost entirely white and this makes it seem less tiny. It includes a small breakfast area with a tiny table and two chairs positioned near the window. Again, the rug becomes an accent detail in this room as well.
The bedroom is actually not a separate room but a niche in the hallway. It’s small but it has a delightful décor. It’s true that it’s exposed since it’s right near the entrance but since this is a one-person apartment it’s not that bad.{found on Alvhem}.
