It’s almost Easter again and even if you’re celebrating indoors and without many guests this year you can still make it nice and enjoyable. As usual, it’s all about the little details and today we’re going to share with you a few of the inspiring Easter table decor ideas that we found while browsing Instagram. Let them inspire you as well and feel free to adapt and change them based on the items that are available to you in particular.
The bunny plates featured in this post from @the_holiday_house are adorable and the white and pink checkerboard pattern goes beautifully with them. What ties it all together is the burlap table runner at the center and that rustic vase filled with fresh flowers from the garden.
Speaking of cute bunnies, check out this lovely Easter table setup shared by @latabledegiselle. It has a green theme going on which could inspire you to take the celebration outside, in your backyard or your garden and enjoy the beautiful spring weather.
You don’t need a lot of things to put together a beautiful Easter table decor, as demonstrated by this inspiring post from @blueandwhiteandclassics. Mix and match some of your favorite dishes, a nice tablecloth and make a centerpiece using some flowers (perhaps from your own garden) and potentially a few themed items as well like this ceramic bunny for example that seems to be quite curious about the tulips.
Rustic tablescapes are some of the best because they really do look very nice and cozy and we could all do with a bit of extra warmth right around now. So go ahead and look around the house for anything that you could incorporate in your design, things like wooden trays, cute ceramic bunnies and a bunch of twigs, leaves and flowers from your backyard. The little bird’s nests features here are wonderful as well. Follow @ahouseonthelake for more inspiring ideas.
It’s not the size of the Easter table that matters but the people that are sat around it so don’t let the quarantine bring your spirit down. Look instead of ways to add a bit of cheer to the table. Perhaps a floral theme would do the trick. This round table is the perfect example. It’s filled with colorful little flowers and those tiny nests filled with Easter eggs are adorable. This is a post from @latabledegiselle.
We love simple and clean designs and there’s a post from @bluerdesign that stood out. The exposed table surface is a nice detail which adds warmth to the decor and contrasts with the items placed on it. Also the textures that are combined here look really nice together.
Since you might have some extra time on your hands right now, it might be fun to do some crafting in preparation for Easter. How about some nature-themed Easter table decorations? You could use things like grapevines, moss and twigs and leaves to put together a magical design. We recommend checking out this inspiring post from @atlantahomesweethome first.
Spring tablescape designs are perfect for the occasion and with a few key details you can make something really beautiful and special for Easter this year. Play with different textures and with layers to add depth and character to your decor. Also, don’t use too many colors because they can become distracting. You can find lots of inspiration in this post from @thepaintedhinge.
Add candles to your Easter tablescape to create a cozy ambiance. There are lots of cool ways to do it. You could have several candlesticks lined up at the center of the table, with greenery around them, egg baskets and whatever else you want to add. This tablescape idea from @flourish_and_flounce could give you some inspiration in this sense.
Another idea is to use different pastel colors and to make that the overall theme of the whole Easter table decor. This can apply to pretty much everything such as the table runner, the flowers, the plates and all the little details as well. Combine these pastels with a few neutrals to create a balanced look. This post from @gmadebibarlow might give you some useful ideas.
Similarly, you could put an emphasis on warm pastels. Combine them with light neutrals such as white and ivory for a really elegant and bohemian decor. A great example is this decor shared by @the_holiday_house. The floral theme is simply enchanting and we love the color palette used here.
Incorporate some reclaimed wood into your Easter table decor to give it a farmhouse-inspired vibe. The idea comes from @cindy.countyroad407 and the simplicity of this tablescape is absolutely charming. The rattan chairs are a nice detail which you could also be inspired by if you’re planning on creating a similar decor.
This bohemian Easter table decor shared by @arica_partyplanner has some cool features as well. It’s a bit shabby chic and it doesn’t use a lot of colors which works out well, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. The little flower pots at the center of the table are a lovely idea and they’re filled with spring plants like hyacinths which come in lots of different colors.
Yellow is a color usually associated with summer which makes this a rather intriguing Easter tablescape. The decor is not complicated at all and the sunflowers are the focal point. You can definitely come up with your own version of the design based on this look and even use a different color altogether. All the cute little bunnies are the details that bring this entire setup together. Follow @haphomedecor for more lovely ideas.
If you want to keep things simple, a white and green theme might suit you. There’s this gorgeous Easter tablescape shared by @zpinteriors that has a beautiful miniature tree centerpiece with eggs hanging from its branches. You could create something similar using a branch and some white paint. Everything else should remain simple and secondary to this lovely centerpiece.
