10 More Inspiring Ideas For Recycled And DIY Planters

A planter is an item that makes a space feel like home. It makes it feel inviting, cozy but, at the same time, it makes it look fresh. Something as simple as a Mason jar can become a beautiful planter for either your home or your garden. To display it beautifully, you can create a wooden wall piece. You’ll also need some hose clamps and knobs, as well as a few nails. If you want, you could also make a wooden planter box. You’ll need wood boards, some wood glue and some nails. They vase will have a simple and vintage look because of the mason jars but, at the same time, it will have an unexpected and modern look. Wine bottles are also extremely versatile. A very simple project would be, for example, to turn an empty wine bottle into a vase. It’s extremely simple and all you have to do is clean the bottle, remove the label and turn them into a beautiful decorative piece. Here are some more tips that can help you make your own planter box. You can make several boxes, each with a different size. The ones you see in the pictures are made of cedar planks but you can choose any other similar materials. A very creative idea would be to make a planter out of an old book. The secret is to choose a book that has the covers made of a resistant material. Open the book after the first page and carve the rest of the pages, making a frame for the planter. The interior will be filled with soil and plants. It would be best to choose drought-resistant plants that don’t require much water which can damage the book.

When you’re creative it’s easy to create eye-catching decorations by using very few items. For example, with just an old piece of scrap wood, a clamp and an empty glass bottle can be turned into an interesting decoration that can be mounted on the wall. If you want to really show off your talents, you could try making something a little more complicated. A nice idea would be a planter box with trellis. If you prefer something very simple, chic and modern, here’s an idea that you’ll probably enjoy. These are homemade clay pots and they’re relatively easy to make. You’ll need a knife, oven-bake clay, a rolling pin, non-stick baking paper, a ruler, a template of a house and smoothing tools. Roll out the clay on a piece of paper, lay the template on top and cut around the shapes. Press the two side pieces onto the ends, turn the pot over and smooth out the joins on the bottom. There are lots of projects that require wine corks and this is one of them. It’s a very interesting version of a vase. It’s basically a tall, cylindrical glass container that’s been filled with wine corks. Then a few artificial or dried-out plants were added and a beautiful decoration was created. It’s simple and it’s also fun.
