I assume everyone has heard about Leonardo DiCaprio’s latest movie, The Wolf Of Wall Street and many of you have probably already seen it. If not, don’t worry because we won’t give any spoilers. We just want to talk about the penthouse which appears in the movie. It’s the apartment where Jordan Belfort lives in the movie and it’s an actual real penthouse which is currently on the market for $6.495 million.
The living area is huge with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides
The penthouse is located on the 32nd floor of the Milan condominium in Midtown East. It’s a spacious 2,500 square foot apartment with an airy interior and views of the East River.
Based on a true story
Although there were quite a few scenes filmed here, I doubt that anyone paid attention to the décor. So let’s review the place a little. Well the apartment features wide plank oak flooring throughout, it has 10 ft high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room is spacious, inviting and modern. Off the living room there’s an open chef’s kitchen and also a dining area with great views.
I love it how cozy this area looks despite it being very open
The oversized floor lamp is just one eye-catching detail throughout
The views available from the dining area are some of the most beautiful
There are three bedrooms in total in the apartment. The master suite has a large soaking tub and a glass steam shower. The penthouse is very elegant and beautiful. The two fireplaces make it very welcoming and the color palette gives a timeless beauty.
The master bedroom has great views as well as it’s very airy

The suite features a 6 ft long tub and a steam shower
The 200 sq ft terrace is something you definitely remember from the movie
But when people are not dangling over the railing, the terrace is a very peaceful space

One of the star spaces is, of course, the terrace. The apartment has 200 square feet of outdoor living space where one can enjoy breakfast, coffee or simply lounge and admire the views. {found on businessinsider}.
